National day of action against British Heart Foundation

Back in May we took part in another national day of action against the British Heart Foundation in Southend High street, bringing to the public’s attention to the fact
that if they donate to British Heart Foundation they are funding cruel animal testing which not only is unnecessary but is outdated and bad for science.
There are medical charities out there that fund non-animal research to cure human illness, and British Heart Foundation could be following their example.

We ask that the public does not support this charity whilst they fund cruel tests on animals and support charities that fund humane, non-animal research instead, like the
Dr Hadwen Trust. Please check out the Animal Aid Victims of Charity which lists charities that don’t fund animal testing and the ones that do:
